This intensive five-session online bootcamp will show you how to create outstanding digital content, master web analytics and hone your multimedia skills
This intensive online course will give any content creator, be they in journalism, marketing or PR, the skills upgrade they need to succeed in digital publishing.
The course will cover the core skills everyone needs to make the most of the opportunities in digital and teach you how to employ your existing skills effectively online. The trainer will give you clear, jargon-free examples of how to optimise your content for search engines and social platforms and how to shape it for online readers.
We will also cover the use of analytics and explain the measures that really matter to you as a content creator.
We will then touch on the basic multimedia skills that you can easily develop to make you stand out from the crowd.
The course will be delivered in five sessions over five weeks, with online feedback and discussion between sessions.
This online course will take place over five, 90 minute sessions on Tuesday 12 November, Tuesday 19 November, Tuesday 26 November, Tuesday 3 December and Tuesday 10 December from 1pm - 2.30pm GMT.
A journalist for 30 years, Adam now works as a consultant and trainer in digital journalism, audience growth, social media and content strategy.
His clients have ranged from large, global outlets such as The Financial Times, The Straits Times and The Telegraph to smaller publishers and businesses.
Adam is also a lecturer in the UK’s leading journalism department at City, University of London and has written about digital content, social media and publishing for more than 20 years at One Man & His Blog.
