Having a smartphone in your pocket means having access to a camera that allows you to photograph anything whenever you want, and by learning how to use this camera journalists could snap some great photos on location without any extra equipment.
Following yesterday's post about third party camera apps for your phone, today we're looking at the native camera on the device and how to get the best pictures when using it.
For those who would rather not install any additional apps, Techspot's Tim Schiesser wrote a list of 10 things you can do to improve the quality of your smartphone pictures.
While one of the points does suggest exploring the App Store, the article features some great tips that don't include a download, like overriding the default settings on the camera, or using HDR Mode for better results when shadows are in frame.
