Stop procrastinating with this useful advice for organising your workspace and time
Distractions come from every direction in the digital world, and as journalists continue to work with smart technology, social media and the internet, they must make sure they are able to manage their time more effectively in order to get their work done.
Jennifer G., social media associate at Enova International, Inc., has complied a set of infographics to help journalists understand firstly why they get distracted, and how they can resist the temptation to procrastinate.
She advises reporters to schedule their social media time, turning their devices off when they have work to concentrate on, and to consider working away from their computer if music, Facebook or games are causing too much of a distraction.
