The hype around podcasts does not seem to be slowing down any time soon. With that in mind, you might be thinking about starting up a podcast in the near future.
If you want to hit the ground running, consider these five steps to launching your podcast by Craig Hewitt, host of Castos, writing on podcast tool Zencastr.
Hewitt notes that putting out an 'episode zero' can be an effective way to give audiences a taster of the content to come and build a community in anticipation of the launch.
"These episodes are short, less than 10 minutes in length typically, and are a great way to let your audience know what they can expect from your show in the future," he writes.
