You do not need expensive equipment or software to create a show people will want to listen to. Bookmark these ideas on launching your own podcast on a shoestring budget
The growth of the podcast industry shows no signs of slowing down. While many journalists are toying with the idea of launching their own show, they are often discouraged by the amount of money they may need to spend to get the project off the ground.

"Once I came up with the concept for my podcast, I then started talking to friends and family about it to test my idea and get feedback," says one of the podcasters in the article. "This helps you grow your first audience before the podcast is even out."
