Smartphone photography is becoming an increasingly important skill for journalists, as more reporters are being asked to source images to accompany their stories or to contribute to social media channels from the scene of a story.
And while the iPhone's native camera app can do a decent job on its own, there are a number of third party apps available that make use of all its features.
