Struggling to find motivation? It is easy for journalists - as well as other professionals - to hit a wall and lose all productivity.
Here to help you fight procrastination is lifestyle and culture journalist James Greig writing for Metro, who spoke to productivity expert Moyra Scott.
Have you tried the pomodoro technique? Scott said its reward system can help you keep focus.
"It involves deciding on a task, setting a timer for 25 minutes (‘pomodoro’ is Italian for ‘tomato’ — the inventor used a tomato-shaped timer while devising the technique) and then rewarding yourself with a short break," she explained.
