Iconic themed resort The Londoner Macao features in new book celebrating 120 years of Rolls-Royce cars
The name Rolls-Royce has always been synonymous with the best in luxury and motoring. It is only appropriate, then, that one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious car clubs, the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club (or RREC, as it is known) has launched a beautiful hardback book entitled 120 Years of Rolls-Royce, celebrating the landmark anniversary of the “best car in the world”.
To resonate with the publication’s theme of industry excellence, 120 Years of Rolls-Royce also features a carefully curated selection of high-quality brands, providing readers with an elegant lifestyle guide to a world of luxurious places, products and experiences.
One of the brands profiled in the book is the resort The Londoner Macao. Located on the vibrant Cotai Strip in Macao, The Londoner Macao has reproduced the high-end ambience of London, including breathtaking recreations of the city’s famous landmarks along with a five-star hotel, fantastic dining options, health clubs, outdoor swimming pools and entertainment.
Grant Chum, chief executive officer and president of Sands China Ltd., the resort’s owner and operator, said: “We are excited to promote Macao and introduce our latest integrated resort, The Londoner Macao – a tribute to the beauty and history of London. We invite you to come discover the best of it in Macao.”
Produced in partnership by the RREC and publisher St James’s House, the fully illustrated, 500-page book features the writing of one of the motoring industry’s most experienced and respected correspondents, Ray Massey of The Daily Mail, and more than 800 guests gathered in Grosvenor House hotel in central London to attend the publication’s official launch event.
Claire Seymour, the RREC’s CEO, said: “In addition to showcasing some of the world’s finest motor cars and the work of the RREC, the book provides members with a luxury lifestyle guide that features carefully selected editorial partners. As a leading integrated resort, The Londoner Macao is an ideal editorial fit for inclusion in this publication.”
