Samantha Jayne, the Spiritual Business Coach, is hosting an International Women's Day event on 7 March. Supporting the 2024 theme of ‘Inspire Inclusion’ she aims to celebrate the achievements of women and support the Swindon Domestic Abuse Service
Samantha Jayne, known as the Spiritual Business Coach is hosting an International Women's Day event with an amazing line-up of speakers on Thursday 7 March in Swindon.
Headlining the day-long event will be former wheelchair tennis Paralympian, Louise Hunt Skelley PLY. Louise, who lives in Wroughton, will share with the crowd her inspiring journey to the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games and will talk about how she’s fought hard – and still does – to be included and to help others become more inclusive.
Another spotlight will shine on Trans Ambassador Katie Neeves. Katie publicly came out as transgender in 2018 after living for 48 years as a man. Katie's platform Cool2BTrans has provided invaluable support and inspiration to the transgender community, earning accolades such as the British Diversity Awards Hero of the Year 2023.
Under the 2024 theme of ‘Inspire Inclusion’ this event aims to honour and celebrate the achievements of women while supporting the invaluable work of Swindon Domestic Abuse Service through fundraising on the day.
“I believe in championing women in business and life so this event is incredibly important. We have women who will talk about their own stories and how innovation and technology have played a role in their lives. This event is open to any woman who wants to be inspired by women in their own community and further afield,” Samantha Jayne said.
Following the success of last year's inaugural event, Samantha Jayne is holding the 2024 event at The Sun Inn, Coate Water in Swindon where guests can forge fresh connections, participate in intimate discussions, connect with local female entrepreneurs for potential collaborations, and indulge in a leisurely lunch and many other activities.
Other speakers on the day include Danielle Holmes of Black Nova Designs, the main sp0nsor of the event, Samantha Jayne herself and journalist Fiona Scott talking about her first book The Hard Yards.
In addition to the main stage presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with six inspirational women in Speakers’ Corner – the women on this stage will be HR specialist Rachel Weaven; business owner and mental health campaigner Laura Dent; nutritional therapist Caroline Peyton; executive coach Emma Georgiou; weight loss and addiction coach Louise Muir Sage and media consultant Lauren Roberts.
The event will be held on Thursday 7 March 2024, from 9:30 am - 4 pm. A buffet lunch is included. Tickets start from £25. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/samanthajayne/101209
