South West digital marketing entrepreneur Rob Curtis has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Wiltshire's TrendX Digital Marketing. This new venture will enhance digital marketing options for businesses across the UK with more focus on Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Rob Curtis, founder of The Pursuit Agency, has made an exciting move by acquiring a 50 per cent stake in Wiltshire company TrendX Digital Marketing. This new venture is set to enhance digital marketing options for businesses across the UK.
Rob launched The Pursuit Agency in July 2022, quickly establishing it as a leading force in the digital marketing industry in Wiltshire and beyond. In just two years, Rob has grown his team from one to five members and has achieved significant milestones, including winning the Startup of the Year at the Great British Business and Community Awards and the Techies’ Driven by Data award.
With the acquisition of TrendX Digital Marketing, Rob is joining forces with TrendX founder Matt Robinson to create a new limited company.
“I’m thrilled to partner with Matt and bring our combined expertise to the forefront of the digital marketing industry,” Rob said.
“Together, we’re setting the stage for the future of digital marketing. The key to success lies in collaboration. Seeing everyone as competitors is outdated and counterproductive. Working with Matt and his video work we will be focusing heavily on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.”
Matt Robinson, the 22-year-old entrepreneur behind TrendX Digital Marketing, has built a thriving business from the ground up. Leaving school at 13, Matt’s journey began on YouTube, where he quickly gained recognition and built a following of more than 16,000 subscribers. TrendX has since become known for its specialised video services, social media support, and Facebook ad solutions.
“The opportunity to partner with Rob and merge our strengths is incredibly exciting,” said Matt. "We're all about innovation and making a real difference, so we’re excited to offer marketing solutions that truly help our clients.”
The new company will offer a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, combining the creative and strategic expertise of both The Pursuit Agency and TrendX Digital Marketing. Clients can expect enhanced offerings that include specialised video content, social media strategies, and cutting-edge Facebook ad campaigns, all aimed at maximising their marketing investments.
For current clients of The Pursuit Agency, this partnership will bring additional resources, fresh perspectives, and a broader range of services. The integration of TrendX’s video and social media expertise will further enhance the value clients receive, ensuring their marketing efforts achieve the greatest possible impact.
The formation of the new limited company is currently underway, with the goal of being fully operational by the end of September. Rob and Matt are ready to drive a smooth transition and are eager to begin delivering unparalleled marketing solutions to both new and existing clients.
The Pursuit Agency helps businesses to become visible using a range of digital marketing tactics including SEO, pay per click and content marketing. To date clients include Helen Browning’s Organic, Avrion, Filestream, WeAnswer, Milroys, The Malt Miller and Bluecroft Asset Finance.
