International communication and influence expert, Jose Ucar, was invited by the Anijie Global Foundation to be a featured speaker at the recent LEGIT NEXT GEN leadership program.
This event was held virtually and aims to empower young leaders aged 18 to 35 with the skills necessary to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
Known for his extensive experience in global communication and leadership, Jose has spent more than a decade working with renowned brands such as Procter & Gamble and SEAT CUPRA. He specialises in providing actionable strategies for effective communication, cultural bridging, and positive influence.
Jose’s expertise in influence and persuasion skills, public speaking and presentation techniques, and cross-cultural communication makes him an ideal mentor for emerging leaders.
At the LEGIT NEXT GEN Leadership Program, Jose taught young leaders how to enhance influence, build confidence in public speaking, and master cross-cultural communication, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
Reflecting on the opportunity, Jose expressed his excitement: “I am truly honoured to be part of the LEGIT NEXT GEN leadership program. The work being done by the Anijie Global Foundation is pivotal in shaping the future of leadership.
“I am thrilled to share my experiences and insights with these aspiring leaders, helping them to communicate effectively, inspire action, and create positive transformations within their communities. This program represents the very essence of what leadership should be about – empowering others to achieve greatness.”
Jose’s credentials extend beyond his role as a communication expert; he is also a TEDx speaker, host, and speaking coach, with a reputation for guiding leaders to achieve impactful communication and leadership.
His contributions have been featured in prominent publications such as Yahoo Finance, Yahoo News, LA Weekly, and The Influencer Age, solidifying his position as a leading voice in global communication. He is also the author of the book Global Influence which has already been translated into several languages across the world.
The LEGIT NEXT GEN leadership program is the flagship initiative of the Anijie Global Foundation, a youth-led non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and young people through education and leadership development. The programme is designed to equip young leaders with the skills they need to lead, empower, grow, inspire, and transform their lives, communities, and nations, with a particular focus on education, gender equality, and climate action.
Jose’s involvement in this programme is expected to have a profound impact on the participants, providing them with the tools and confidence to lead effectively in a global context. His session was designed to not only articulate their visions with clarity and conviction but also to navigate the complexities of cross-cultural leadership with ease.
