Tech City News, which launched in January and reports on the technology sector in London, has announced a "transatlantic tech news alliance", partnering with Silicon Valley-based Venture Beat and Berlin's Venture Village.
The partnership will involve the sharing of some content and enable international investigations.
"I really strongly believe that small is beautiful, so we have partnered with similar organisations to us in both Silicon Valley and in Berlin," Alex Wood, editor of Tech City News, told Journalism.co.uk
Wood also told a breakfast briefing in London today that he expects to launch a print edition of the title, which is owned by The Publishing Group, in October.
"We are committed to producing a print edition as we believe there is space for it in the market," he told the briefing.
The plan to launch in print was stated at launch, with the title today "reaffirming" that decision.
"Now that we have taken the beta badge off our website, we are now ready to focus on the print edition. We are opening out to consultation with both our readers and also our supporters, with a means to producing the first edition in October this year."
He also shared web traffic figures. "We launched on 23 January and in just the first four months of operation, to 23 April, we achieved over 28,000 unique users and over 110,000 page views."
