ABC's consolidated media reports are customisable reports for US and Canadian newspapers, which allow them to present a range of figures relating to the print and digital brand. A further 15 newspapers will also be releasing the reports.
According to the announcement features within the report can include the number of Facebook fans or Twitter followers a publication brand has, or more traditional measurements such as website traffic and circulation.
"The opportunity to customize the Consolidated Media Report is no doubt one of its most appealing qualities," ABC president and managing director Mike Lavery said in the announcement.
"The report's flexibility allows publishers to report data from a variety of channels, and because ABC audits all data on the report, advertisers are given comparable, trusted figures", the announcement adds.
The Daily Times-Call and the Reporter-Herald, both based in Colorado, are the first papers from the ABC's Community Newspaper Audit program to release CMRs.
