Charles Golding has been appointed as editor-in-chief of Totally PLC, publishers of TotallyJewish.com and the Jewish News and Boston Jewish Advocate print titles.

Mr Golding has more than 20 years experience in media and broadcasting. He is former deputy editor of the Sunday Express, TV-am presenter and LBC programme controller. His new role as editor-in-chief will involve responsibility for the strategic development of the company.

"I am looking forward to the challenge ahead. The titles have already taken strides in the right direction, winning awards," said Mr Golding.

"I'll be aiming to make the papers an even more entertaining and informative read, truly reflecting our caring, vibrant communities."
