What you will be doing…

As sleep features editor you will be writing, commissioning and editing a diverse range of content, from best-in-class sleep features to mattress buying guides, how-to's and reviews; deploying proven SEO strategies to get the right content in front of the right people at the right time. 

You will work closely with the senior sleep editor to set priorities and generate unique story ideas, writing, commissioning and editing new content in addition to regularly updating existing articles. You will also be expected to carry out objective reviews of mattresses and sleep accessories throughout the calendar year.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • SEO knowledge.
  • Experience of planning, writing and editing a wide range of content.
  • An awareness of ecommerce content/affiliate publishing.
  • Experience commissioning freelance writers.
  • An interest in sleep and sleep products.
  • Good research skills.
  • Ability to interpret data to inform content strategy.

The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £29,000.

This is a hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
