Keymer joined IHS shortly after completing an NCTJ course at City University London. Her first role with the company was content editor, from which she was appointed armed forces desk editor.
Her advice to anyone wanting to work as a features editor is: "Stuff your CV with as much writing, editing and commissioning experience as possible and build good relationships with key people within your industry."
