The deal is the latest stage in the group's strategy to develop a network of classified advertising sites. In March it bought Jobsite for £35 million.
"This acquisition is very exciting and fits our strategy of building specialist vertical services which complement the group's strengths," said Andrew Hart, managing director of Associated New Ventures, DMGT's venture division.
"Property is a key market for our newspaper titles and we want to increase our presence in the digital sector."
