Woman & Home is a leading lifestyle brand for UK women, who are aged between 45-60. With this role, you will be part of the best and brightest homes media team in the country.

We are now looking for a managing editor, a super-organised editorial expert that can seamlessly blend the values and high standards of Woman & Home’s content with data-led decision making to meet and exceed goals.

What you will be doing…

As managing editor you will be responsible for editorial calendar and budget planning across the team, overseeing the update schedule and content pyramids, and working alongside the deputy, editor and content director to plan forward commissioning, all while improving process and content efficiency.

You will also be tasked with monitoring performance of critical terms and liaising with audience. To be successful in this role you'll have the natural ability to problem solve, to pivot when necessary and to inspire others to embody the same always-on approach. Ultimately you are a digital native who can see the bigger picture while noticing the small yet important details and produce quality work. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to thrive in a competitive and success-driven setting.

The expected range for this role is £33,000 - £40,000.

This is a hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
